OUR OBJECTIVES

Holding Hands between Generations (HHBG-ab) is a visionary non-profit organization, proudly led by the Black community in Calgary, Alberta. Our core objectives are centered around fostering intergenerational connections and addressing systemic barriers to empower and uplift individuals across age groups

1. Intergenerational Empowerment: Facilitate meaningful connections and mentorship programs between different age cohorts, fostering mutual growth and support

2. Education and Learning: Provide comprehensive educational initiatives that bridge generational gaps, ensuring continuous learning and skill development.

3. Equity and Social Justice: Objective: Address unique challenges faced by Black communities, actively working to dismantle systemic barriers and promote equity in all aspects of society.
